If you have an ERP system and you are connected to myDATA through an electronic invoicing provider, then, based on Decisions A.1155/2023 and A.1035/2024, you are required to implement ERP/POS interconnection according to the following:
• By 31/10/2024, if your ERP is connected to the epay POS through DLL or Cloud ECR
• By 30/09/2024, if your ERP is not connected to the epay POS
If you have an ERP system and you are connected to myDATA through a tax mechanism, such as ADIME or EAFDSS, then, based on Decisions A.1155/2023 and A.1074/2024, you have the option to interconnect either ERP/POS or ADIME-FIMAS/POS according to the following:
• By 31/10/2024, if your ERP is connected to the epay POS through DLL or Cloud ECR
• By 30/09/2024, if your ERP is not connected to the epay POS
For the extension until 31/10/2024 to apply, epay has declared the source TIDs of your terminals with marking “2” as “interconnected operation outside A.1098/2022 & A.1155/2023”, instead of “0” as “not upgraded”, which was previously shown in the AADE registry. You can confirm this as a business after carrying out the relevant check in your profile on myAADE.
Compliance with A.1155/2023 from the ERP side requires the additional interconnection of your ERP with your electronic invoicing provider or your tax mechanism, in order to receive the provider’s signature or token respectively.
In the case of card payment upon delivery, and not at the cash register, implementation is required from the ERP side for pre-loaded transactions.
Once the upgrade of your terminals in production with our new software has been completed, their marking will become “1300”, meaning “upgraded to support A.1098/2022 & A.1155/2023”.
For the mandatory replacement dates of EAFDSS, please contact your accountant or AADE.
