Regarding the upcoming integration of EFT/POS devices from epay and cash register systems (ERP), the following apply depending on the case, in accordance with current regulations:
If you have an ERP system and are connected to myData through an electronic invoicing provider, then based on decisions A.1155/2023 and A.1035/2024, you are required to integrate your ERP/POS system as follows:

By 31/10/2024, if your ERP is connected to the epay POS through DLL or Cloud ECR
By 30/9/2024, if your ERP is not connected to the epay POS”
If you have an ERP system and are connected to myData via a tax mechanism such as ADIME or EAFDSS, then based on decisions A.1155/2023 and A.1074/2024, you have the option to integrate your ERP/POS or ADIME-FIMAS/POS systems as follows:

By 31/10/2024, if your ERP is connected to the epay POS through DLL or Cloud ECR
By 30/9/2024, if your ERP is not connected to the epay POS
For the extension until 31/10/2024 to be valid, epay has declared the source TIDs of your terminals with a marking of ‘2’ as “”integrated operation under A.1098/2022 & A.1155/2023″” instead of ‘0’ as “”non-upgraded,”” which was previously visible in the AADE registry. You can verify this as a business after performing the relevant check in your profile on myAADE.

Compliance with A.1155/2023 from the ERP side requires the supplementary integration of your ERP system with the electronic invoicing provider or your tax mechanism to receive the provider’s signature or token, respectively.

In the case of card payment upon delivery (rather than at the register), ERP implementation is required for pre-loaded transactions.

Once the upgrade of your terminals to production with our new software is complete, their marking will change to ‘1300’ as “”upgraded to support A.1098/2022 & A.1155/2023.””
